Peppermint is amazing for upset tummies, it is a pain reliever, an anesthetic, an antiseptic, an astringent, a decongestant, an expectorant, it cools the mind from states of anger and is excellent for mental fatigue and nervousness.
Seems to me you can't go wrong with having a little bit of peppermint in your cupboards.
How to use peppermint....try a tea, chew some leaves or in an essential oil. The essential oil you can rub on your belly or forehead.
