Here's how to use oatmeal in its various forms to bring about well-being in your life.
Sun burn, red irritated skin
1/2 - 1 cup rolled oats in a sock or stocking that has been tied off.
add to your bath water
soak for 20 minutes or more.
Bug bites, product reactions, splinters
1/8 - 1/4 cup and water (enough water to turn this into a thick paste)
Place poultice onto affected area and cover with a small piece of cloth.
Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.
Repeat when necessary.
My favorite are thick rolled oats. This is some of my favorite.
Make according to directions.
Try eating some for 3-4 days and see how your tummy feels.
