Payment Method Options
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal in our secure online shopping cart.
Checks are always accepted in the Boise area. Checks will be accepted at other times (products
will be shipped once check has cleared the bank.) for your convenience. Phone for address.
Shipping to APO addresses
For orders that require delivery to a Military APO address, select USPS Priority Mail. UPS cannot
deliver to APO addresses.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping to other countries can be a challenge, however, we are willing to ship international
orders. International shipments returned to us for non-payment of duties will be refunded as a
refused delivery, and assessed a US $25.00 restocking fee. Please make sure your import duty
inquiries are done before you place your order, not after the customs office has billed you for
your import.
We recommend UPS or Fedex for most international orders because this is a trackable delivery
method. US Postal Service (USPS) Air Mail is not trackable. USPS regulations require that a
package be "missing" for 30 days after its latest possible delivery date before a claim can be filed
for, therefore if an Air Mail package goes missing, it will be an average of 8 weeks before we can
even file a claim on it. Resolution of these claims can take up to 120 days from the time the order
was supposed to have been delivered. UPS claims are generally resolved in 7-10 days.
Backorders
When an item is out of stock at Massage & Body Boutique the delay may be a few days to weeks
depending on the item. We strive to keep our customers aware of the status of their orders.

Returns & Exchanges
Examine your shipment in a timely fashion. If you determine that you need to return or exchange an
item, you need to email or call us within 7 days from the day you receive the item(s). A $10.00
restocking fee is assessed on all return items and will be charged to your credit card.
All returned/exchanged items must be in original shipped condition.
Include your name, shipping address, order number and the reason for the return/exchange in
your email. Your best option is to phone us.
All return/exchange emails must be received within 7 days of receipt of order, as indicated by the
shipping agent (tracking information), no exceptions. Massage & Body Boutique will reply to you
and provide the return mailing address and a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be listed
on the return packaging.
Pack your returned items in unused, resalable condition, in the original packaging with all
associated materials. Locate the packing slip. Write on the packing slip (or a copy of it) what you
need (refund or exchange, if an exchange, tell us what to exchange this item for). Put the RA
number on the packing slip and include with the returned items. Write your RA number on the
outside of the shipping box near the address label so we know that the package contains a return.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped via USPS insured priority mail.
Returns sent without an assigned RA number may be refused and are subject to a restocking fee.

A full refund, excluding shipping costs and $10.00 restocking fee, will be made to your credit card.
All sale items are considered final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returned items.
Taxes on Orders
Idaho State residents will be charged 6% sales tax. Additional county sales tax will be charged
when applicable.
