RELAX - We hear that word all too often, but do any of us actually listen?

As defined by Webster's College Dictionary -1. to make less tense, rigid, or firm: make lax:  to relax
the muscles. 4.  to release or bring relief from the effects of tension, anxiety, etc.

As defined by The Pocket Macquarie Dictionary Australia -
3. To become less tense, rigid, or firm  5. to stop mental or bodily effort, etc

Well, I personally do my best to RELAX.  Every morning I get up and walk my dog and as some
of you know my dog is not a relaxing dog to walk. But, I love to get out first thing and look at
how glorious the world is.  The smells of winter coming, the leaves falling, the bright blue sky
with the sun cresting over the foothills  That sooths my mind which I find to be RELAXing.  I
have also started to get body work again  (it took sometime to find someone that I like) hence
the delay of such a wonderful thing.
And, most importantly, I love!  I love my family and friends, my career, my ability to change
when needed, reading, sitting on my couch watching the neighbors tree, taking naps, There are
so many things to love and the more you love the more you are able to RELAX!!

                                    RELAX body, mind and spirit.
